Estimate requests
Submitting a quote request does not create a booking or a service agreement. Estimates are provided for informational purposes and may change after we learn more about your home and needs.
Any services scheduled are confirmed separately, directly with our team.
Service information
Descriptions of services, checklists, and service areas on this website are general summaries. The exact scope of any cleaning visit is defined in the plan we agree on with you.
Pricing, discounts and payment
Prices shown on this website are starting points. The final price depends on the size and condition of the space, the scope you choose, and how long the visit takes. We confirm the price with you before work begins.
The 10% new-customer discount applies to a first service only and cannot be combined with other offers.
We are GST registered; applicable taxes are added to the final amount.
Booking, access and cancellations
Bookings are confirmed directly with our team by phone or email. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can offer the slot to someone else.
You are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the agreed time, including parking, entry, water and power where the work requires them. If we cannot access the property, the visit may need to be rescheduled.
Mobile car spa
Mobile car spa work is carried out at the address you provide. It requires a suitable, legal place to park the vehicle and, depending on the service, access to water and power. Please remove personal belongings from the vehicle before your appointment.
Service area
We serve North Vancouver, British Columbia only — both the City of North Vancouver and the District of North Vancouver. Requests outside this area may be declined.
Your property and belongings
Please tell us in advance about fragile items, delicate surfaces, alarm systems, or pets on the property so we can plan around them. If something needs special care or a specific product, let us know before the visit.
